Delicious baked goods. We tried several cookies, and the carrot cake was delicious. Hard to find a good carrot cake, but they nailed it. Way to go. The place is a little small and can usually be packed. But worth the wait as the food is very good. Service was a little slow as we saw several employees just standing around. That would be the only negative thing other than that would definitely go back here again.

The best English muffin I’ve ever had in my life, and it’s not even close. It’s made with a 55-year-old starter. Delicious baked goods. Loved the sourdough chocolate and blueberry crumble.

The bakery items looked delicious and I tried what I believe was a scone and it melted in my mouth. The coffee was very rich and another delightful thing about this was the ladies working the counter were so very helpful and they looked like what they are enjoying their jobs. That tells me management must treat them right and that is a good thing.

Very good coffee and food stop in Hyde Park area. The sweets we have tried from here have all been very good! Breakfast sandwich was primo! Definitely recommend! Their English muffins are such a treat. The breakfast burrito was very good as well, but needed a little more zip to it! Quality ratios though in the burrito.

The Ranger cookie is by far the best cookie I have ever had. I’ve had cookies all over this country and especially all over the bay area. This cookie is the best. It’s dried apricot, butterscotch, chocolate chip, and some oatmeal. It is the perfect blend of crunchy and soft. Stop what you are doing and get one of these.

I love Certified. It’s a North End gem. You can’t go wrong with any of their pastries. Their lattes are good. My only wish is that they had more indoor seating & space but I know that’s not possible with the current building. Would recommend anyone and everyone to visit for a treat.

Very good bakery with fresh and healthy options, the homemade English muffins were amazing, soft and airy! The trailhead bowl was filled with lots of yummy ingredients! The coffees were also a hit! Only drawback is that there is very limited seating, only option is a bar seating for about 6-8 ppl. It’s definitely geared towards take out. Service and staff are friendly and helpful!

This really is an amazing place. Fresh baked goods and made to order breakfast and lunch items. There's even ready-to-bake items in their cold case that you can take home and bake. We were with my whole family and the food items were even pleasing to my two grand boys, leaving them to ask for more! Be aware that although this a absolutely a place you should visit, it's more of a grab-n-go sort of place. There's a few stools and a bar, but pretty tight quarters to eat inside. Not to worry though, plenty of park benches outside!
